
The first picture is from around 2006/2007, I believe. I don’t remember. In that picture, I was probably around 158-160 lbs. The second picture, was in late June/early July of this year. I was probably at around 123 lbs. It’s kind of crazy looking back at old pictures knowing that I was overweight. I actually forgot that I looked like that at one point. My peak weight was 165 and now I’m at a healthy 133 lbs. I could lose some weight right now, but I’m pretty happy considering I gained lean muscle. It’s a reminder of how hard I worked and how much my lifestyle really has changed. I think this was why I decided to give personal training a shot. If I could lose the weight and gradually change my life around, anyone else can do it as well. I need to get back on track.
